The Renewable and Sustainable Energy Systems Laboratory (ReSEL), of the Environmental Engineering Department -Technical University of Crete, covers a wide range of knowledge subjects in the fields of Applied Research and Technology Development for RES and RUE, Energy Planning and Sustainable Energy Management. Over the last few years ReSEL has developed research and project activities with an emphasis on critical insular issues.
More specifically, ReSEL expertise focuses on Sustainable Energy Systems-Policy and Planning, RES Technologies and Integration, Biomass-Biofuels, Sustainable Building.
ReSEL’s main objective is to turn research and scientific knowledge to mature energy solutions and practices that are economically and technically sound.
